The NCSE Archives holds the administrative records of the NCSE. These records serve to document the efforts of the NCSE in its goal of supporting the continued teaching of evolution, climate science, and science as a way of knowing. In addition, the Archives assembles materials of historical, current, or future importance to the creationism/evolution controversy. The Archives also collects material to assist and document NCSE's goal of promoting public awareness of the importance of science education, and the importance of evolution and climate science in science education.

Archival Collections
Notable NCSE collections include the Creation/Evolution Journal Records, the McLean v. Arkansas Collection, the Frank Awbrey Papers, the G. Brent Dalrymple Papers, the Karl D. Fezer Papers, the William V. Mayer Papers, the Wayne Moyer Papers, the Robert Schadewald Creationism/Evolution Rare Book Collection and the NCSE Creationism/Evolution Audio and Video Collection.
The NCSE Archives also maintains a highly focused research library whose holdings include over 3000 books, periodicals, pamphlets and related material, detailing, discussing and documenting the continued controversy between science, and evolution specifically, and various forms of creationism, including "intelligent design." We will be adding resources for climate science in future years.
